You do not need to create an account to use the Rejuvenation Rituals website.

We may receive personal information when you contact us, schedule a call or register for a retreat. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, phone number, registration and payment information, travel details, dietary needs, accommodation needs or preferences, relevant health information, and responses to registration or consent questions.

We may use information you provide to manage your retreat registration and payments; communicate with you before, during and after the retreat; coordinate accommodations, meals, transportation and other retreat logistics; respond to questions and requests; plan for needs communicated during registration; administer consent preferences; and operate the retreat.

We do not sell your personal information.

Personal information is accessible to members of the Holistic High Performance team who need it to administer Rejuvenation Rituals retreats.

Relevant information may also be shared with Evolution Trainings or other service providers when reasonably necessary to coordinate accommodations, meals, transportation or other aspects of your participation.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Rejuvenation Rituals uses third-party services to support registration, scheduling and retreat operations.

Registration and scheduling are provided through Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. Information submitted through Acuity is also subject to Squarespace's privacy practices.

Retreats are hosted at Sanctuary on the Beach, operated by Evolution Trainings. Information necessary for retreat operations may therefore be shared with Evolution Trainings.
