Rejuvenation Rituals Retreat Policies

All retreat payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your retreat, funds you have already paid may be transferred as a credit toward a future Rejuvenation Rituals retreat or transferred to another person.

Because unexpected circumstances can affect international travel, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that provides appropriate coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses and other travel-related losses.

In the unlikely event that Rejuvenation Rituals cancels or reschedules a retreat, we will work with affected guests to ensure retreat payments are either refunded or applied toward a future Rejuvenation Rituals retreat.

Retreat activities may include yoga, movement, meditation, body-based practices, time outdoors and other facilitated experiences.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary, and guests are responsible for making choices appropriate for their own health, abilities and circumstances. Guests should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if they have questions or concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for them.

Relevant health information may be requested during registration to help the retreat team plan appropriately for your participation.

Guests will be required to review and complete a separate liability waiver before participating in the retreat. The waiver will be provided as part of the retreat registration and confirmation process.

Information provided through Rejuvenation Rituals, including through this website, retreat communications and retreat programming, is intended for general informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, nutritional or other healthcare advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have questions about a medical condition or whether participation is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat to document the experience and for potential use in future Rejuvenation Rituals promotional materials, including websites, social media, email communications and other marketing materials.

During registration, each guest will be given the opportunity to consent or decline consent to the use of identifiable photos or videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure guests who do not consent are not included in photos or videos intended for these purposes.

Rejuvenation Rituals retreats are hosted at Sanctuary on the Beach, operated by Evolution Trainings. Certain aspects of the retreat experience may involve services provided by Evolution Trainings or other third-party providers.

Third-party services and websites may be subject to their own terms, policies and practices.
