Rejuvenation Rituals (Holistic High Performance)  and Evolution Trainings provides its services to you and are subject to the following conditions. If you visit evolutiontrainings.com, you agree and accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable.  Retreat payments are refundable on a per-person basis. Retreat payments, including deposits, are transferrable should you need to reschedule. We recommend travel insurance to recoup any losses should cancellation prove necessary.

When you visit holistichighperformane.com, evolutiontrainings.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you use this site and create a personal login for any forum or discussion or purchasing, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. evolutiontrainings.com does NOT sell products for children, but it does sell them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. I hereby represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions which would limit my participation in the classes offered online or on retreat by Rejuvenation Rituals/Holistic High Performance and Evolution Trainings. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes, retreats, programs, workshops and any other activities.

I hereby WAIVER AND RELEASE Rejuvenation Rituals/Holistic High Performance and Evolution Trainings, its owners, officers, employees and instructors from any claim, demand and cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered through the online platform. In taking part in the yoga classes, workshops, or other activities offered by Rejuvenation Rituals/Holistic High Performance and Evolution Trainings, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damage, known and unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, retreats, workshops or other activities.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
